Our Customer Services Manager can visit you in-person, via a video call or phone call – whichever is most convenient for you.

2. We provide our own Carers.
Offers tailored care plans that address your specific needs and preferences, ensuring that the support provided is individualised and meaningful.
3. Can I switch Providers?
Yes, you can switch your Home Care Package provider at any time. The process is quick and easy. Acura will help you with this.
4. What happened if my care needs are greater than what the package can provide?
Acura will assist you to develop a budget for your supports. If you need supports greater than what your package can fund, you may be able to pay for private services. Acura will assist you to determine what this could look like and negotiate fees for this.
5. Do I need to provide my own cleaning equipment?
Yes, you are required to provide the carers with equipment and cleaning products for service. We do ask that no caustic based products are used, including bleach and oven cleaners.
6. Can I choose my own staff?
Acura will match you with staff based on your preferences and the skills they need to provide safe care. If at any point you are not happy with your staff, you may request to change.
7. What is not covered by a Home Care Package?
The Government has established an exclusion list for all Packages.
